The alumni working at the Stretch Education Centre, are always looking for ways to enhance our learning environment. Recently, we embarked on a journey to revamp our yoga room, starting with the floors. What emerged was a transformation that not only changed the look of our Centre but brought our team closer together.
The journey began with our dedicated team of 20 tutors rolling up their sleeves over a weekend in April. They got to work, removing the old glue from the back of vinyl tiles and preparing the walls for painting. The fun part was designing the artwork and painting the walls. It was a team effort from start to finish, with everyone investing their time, energy, and creativity into making our space truly special. The photos capture the joy we experienced being creative together.
One of the most significant changes came with our new flooring, all thanks to the incredible team at Pentafloor. Bianca and Steve gave the go-ahead for the donation of used vinyl flooring and arranged for Clifford and Ian to screed the floor and lay the tiles.
Clifford and Ian’s attention to detail and craftsmanship resulted in beautiful flooring.
We also owe a huge thank you to Sheila and Albert at the Pentafloor warehouse for spotting the perfect vinyl tiles for our space. Their keen eye for design helped us achieve the look we wanted.
The result? A bright, radiant, and stunning environment that inspires learning and creativity.
We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and we're excited to see what the future holds for our Stretch Education Centre.
